  4. We can only know our client's issues and strengths by living them. You must know the landscape intimately to draw a good map.
  5. We work with our clients not just for them and take ownership of implementing our solutions.
  6. Never ask of anyone what we won't do ourselves.
  7. Do the three most important things very well before moving on to number four.
  8. Focus on those efforts that provide the most return first while keeping a 360 degree view.
